Plaintiffs filed a Consolidated Amended Complaint for the period from the date of the Company's intitial public offering through December 6, 2000, inclusive. Defendants filed a motion to dismiss the Complaint, which Plaintiffs have opposed. The Court has not yet ruled on Defendants' motion.
